Jagua Henna is a 100% natural fruit-based gel derived from the Genipa americana plant. It creates a realistic dark blue to black temporary tattoo that typically lasts between 10 to 15 days depending on your skin type and placement.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How should I store my Jagua gel?
To maintain maximum potency, Jagua gel should be stored in the freezer when not in use. This preserves the staining power for up to 12 months. If kept at room temperature, the staining quality will diminish after 30 days.
Is Jagua Henna safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our Jagua is 100% natural and free from PPD and toxic chemicals. However, since it is a fruit-based product, we recommend performing a small patch test 24 hours before full application if you have known fruit allergies.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable and cosmetic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened Jagua gels. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
